Toronto Gymnastics International offers a variety of programs for you and your child.  From Parent & Tot classes to recreational, competitive, or adult programs, T.G.I.'s experienced coaches provide top-notch instruction, support, and care.

 

Gymnastics develops strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. More than that, it encourages concentration and motivation and promotes self confidence. Gymnastics training at T.G.I. is a bundle of good things wrapped up in fun!

T.G.I.’s gym camps offer fun and fitness for children aged 3 years to teenage. Young people make friends while sharing the experience of learning gymnastic skills in our fully equipped facility. All camps will include instruction on all Olympic apparatus, dance, games, trampoline and pit work. A healthy snack will be provided each day for break
