Parents can wait for their children in the entrance/reception area or
observe the class discretely from the observation deck. Parents are not
allowed in the gymnasium area. This has been known to be distracting
for young children and can be a safety hazard. |

Kinder Camp

This camp will involve creative movement on the apparatus, as well as
instruction in specific skills. Obstacle courses, sponge pit daily!
Also arts & crafts, games and story time! |

Half Day Camp

Children will receive instruction on all Olympic apparatus as well as
using the trampolines and pits. Learn new skills and participate in
obstacle courses & group games. Bring lots of energy and creativity!

Full Day Camp
9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
Ages: 6
years and up
Cost:
$260
($208 for 4 day sessions)
Mornings will be devoted to gym training, learning new skills and
participate in obstacle courses & group games. There will be 1/2 hour
break for lunch. Afternoons will involve more gym training, other
activities such as arts and crafts, games or other sports including
badminton, soccer, baseball & swimming. Also gym videos & movies.
Outdoor activities will take place in summer only. |

ALL GYM CAMPS INCLUDE:
A healthy snack & beverage will be provided each day, Pizza lunch
every Friday.
Participation Certificates for all participants
Special Theme Days on Friday and Afternoon Carnival
Full day camps include all transportation costs & admission fees for
swimming field trips. |

EXTENDED CARE
T.G.I. staff will be available from 8 - 9 am each morning and from 4 -
6pm each evening to provide care for camp kids who need to be dropped
off early or picked up later.
Cost: $10.00 per child
per hour pre-booked & paid at time of registration.

to 12 years of age

Children will learn
basic to intermediate gymnastic skills and movements on all gymnastic
apparatus including: vault, uneven bars, balance beam & floor exercise
for girls & floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars & low bar
for boys

Girls & boys are in
separate groups but all children will also participate on trampoline,
tumble trak and mini trampoline

ADVANCED RECREATIONAL

ADVANCED TEEN

A 7 hour per week
program designed specifically for Interclub gymnasts who no longer wish
to compete but maintain their level of conditioning and skill.

range of competitive programs for boys & girls 5 years of age & up,
Developmental, Mini, Junior & Senior Pre Competitive, Interclub,
Inter-Provincial, Provincial & National level

tested & meet criteria in place before being accepted into the
competitive program

Competitive gymnasts
train between 9 & 24 hours per week based on level

must commit to a yearly program
