Camps are about fun, fitness and learning the fundamentals of gymnastics for children aged 4 years to teenage. Young people make friends while sharing the experience of learning gymnastic skills in our fully equipped facility. All camps include instruction on all gymnastic apparatus, games, trampoline and pit work. A healthy snack is provided each day for a break.

For athletes in the full day program who are 6 years and older they will go to the park in the some of the afternoons. In addition, we will go swimming twice a week at a local pool with lifeguards supervising in addition to coach participation. All outdoor activities are dependent on the weather.

For athletes who are 4 and 5 years old we will only offer half day and full day programs in July and August.

Week 7: August 15th – 19th

Week 9: August 29th – September 2nd

Extended Care 8am – 9am, 4pm – 5pm
