Our annual drop in on Family Day is an opportunity for those of all ages to try out the gym and the equipment. Parents and/or caregivers and children are able to go into the gym to try different events under the guidance of certified coaches for drop in session. You can pay for your family of 4 ($45) or individuals ($15). Kids under the age of 8 must be accompanied.
Family Day: We’re not offering a drop in for 2024.

- 9:30am – 11:00am
- 11:00am – 12:30pm
- 1:00pm – 2:30pm
