For children aged: 7 – 9 years
Our Advanced Recreational program is for gymnasts who demonstrate an advanced level of skill and enthusiasm for gymnastics. Boys and girls are coached in separate groups. They practice on all gymnastic apparatus to learn new skills, and spend time conditioning & stretching to improve their strength and flexibility. A gymnastics enthusiast is born!
** Please note that this class is not open to online registration. Athletes need to be recommended and tested for entry into this program
