For children aged: 9 – 12 years
In our 90 minute recreational classes, children learn basic to intermediate gymnastic skills and movements on all gymnastic apparatus’. Girls and boys are coached in separate groups but all athletes will learn new skills throughout the session. We use a level system to ensure proper learning progressions. Friendships are made and athletes are encouraged to explore the joy of movement and the fun of gymnastics.
